[arm-allstar] Question to those using Echolink

Don,

 Since you are Android you should try the iaxrpt app and/or iaxrpt on
Windows or Linux using wine.  It is a much easier to use application than
Zoiper. The howto on the hamvoip.org web page gives details on setting up
both the app and the Windows versions.
