Dave,

 Nothing changed in that regard and it works fine here. You need to be more
specific. Are you referring to the hourly time broadcast and the weather
conditions if you have it setup for that. The hourly time is run by a cron
-  crontab -l  and if you include your zipcode it includes the weather.
