[arm-allstar] Repeater / Local Courtesy Tone

It’s the remotetx. It’s in the section at the very bottom where you map the courtesy tones. (Define what they actually are.) The documentation has a lot of great info if you already have an understanding of the material, but if you don’t even know what to look for links to websites really don’t help.
