[arm-allstar] zoiper and ilbc

In the /etc/asterisk/iax.conf file on your node, comment out the
"allow=ilbc" statement in the stanza you're connecting to from Zopier.
...And, restart Asterisk.

The reason for the errors is that AllStar only supports 20msec audio 
frames, and Zopier is trying to supply 30msec frames, which would work 
with "standard" versions of Asterisk, but not AllStar.

Another possible solution is to remove iLBC from the list of CODECs 
allowed in Zopier.
