[arm-allstar] Command Line Commend to Connect to Another Node

Jack,

 A non-permanent connect/disconnect - *3, *1 will not attempt a reconnect
if the circuit between you and the connected to node goes down or if the
connected to node reboots or restarts.

A permanent connection *73, *71 will attempt a reconnect if the circuit
between you and the connected to node or the connected to node reboots or
restarts.

In either case if the origination node reboots or restarts the connection
will be lost unless you use a startup macro to reestablish the connection.

The permanent connection is often used on dedicated circuits that must
survive network issues. It is also very convenient when multiple nodes are
connected to a hub. Using a permanent connect if the hub reboots or
restarts all connected nodes will re-establish. There is really no downside
to using a permanent connection. Most of the time I do use it.
