[arm-allstar] Node registration failures

David,
Yes, the Allstar status server is also very flaky. We are also
implementing our own status server which is in beta and should be online
very soon. I might point out however as I have before that the status
server does NOT effect the ability to connect and use Allstar. It is a
convenience and nice to have but your node(s) will work fine without it.
Hang in there, things will get better!
