[arm-allstar] Supermon favorites button

sorry for the delay, i was on vacation a couple weeks ago and getting
caught up on everything has been a chore....

I'm using chrome on a pixel xl and a pixel 2.
when the page first loads it's too small and i need to zoom in this
pushes the buttons out off the visible screen. Landscape does help the
situation.
icons do not wrap when zooming in.

I don't think the screen looks bad on mobile at all I just found it
more useful for me to have the favorite button closer to the start.
Attaching a screenshot of what my buttons look like now.

the mode was super easy so even if it gets overwritten i could just do
it again no trouble.
