[arm-allstar] Keep getting this error

Tom,

 Have never seen this error. You say you are not registered? Does
check_reg.sh confirm this? Can you run check_connect.sh and see if all is
good? If not what fails?

If check_connect.sh looks good try turning your node entirely off for 5-10
minutes and then back on and see if it registers.

If it registers but does not get the /tmp/rpt_extnodes file let me know.
