[arm-allstar] Connection problems today

Chris,

Yes, there was a problem that occurred this afternoon.  We were not 
getting proper update from the AllStarLink registration system. I've 
setup a work-around for now.  So, DNS is working properly again.

We will be rolling out an update for this shortly and eliminate this 
issue.
