Jay,

  Settings are done in simpleusb-tune-menu. There is usually no reason to
mess with the raw files. You select the FOB to control in
simpleusb-tune-menu as the first item. Once you select and save it (w) that
interface and settings are saved. The actual hardware port should then stay
fixed. You should identify the hardware port to the interface name in
simpleusb-tune-menu and mark it so you don't mix them up.
