[arm-allstar] Roll-out of complete DNS node lookup.

Thanks for the quick follow up Doug,
I believe you sent me the beta information via email a few weeks ago, but I
have not had a big issue, so I have been waiting
for the full release.  I just wanted to get an idea on the timing.
