[arm-allstar] CPU Temp

Unfortunately a peltier isn't going to help him much - if at all - if 
the ambient temperature in the room is nearly the same - or perhaps 
hotter - than the processor temperature.

Sometimes the laws of physics (and thermodynamics) suck!
