[arm-allstar] Zioper: Registration Failed (Registration Refused (29))

I had this issue at first. Turned out to be extra spaces after the password in the config file. Try deleting from the end of your password to the end of the line (removing the comment that is in the how to) and see if that helps. It made mine work.
