[arm-allstar] Interfacing Zello to AllStar

Doesn't Zello strictly use the Opus CODEC?  If so, Opus would have to be 
back-ported to Asterisk 1.4.x or there would have to be some other 
transcoding layer.

What software are the GMRS systems using for interfacing?

Wouldn't it be easier to use/enhance IaxRpt?
