[arm-allstar] Connection issue

​As of 13:57 EDST it is in the database -

​dns-query 47613
+OK|radio at 192.67.89.14:4570/47613,192.67.89.14

Remember that BOTH ends need to have routing information. Check that that
both the node you are connecting to AND the node you are connecting from
know about each other using dns-query. If they do and it is correct and it
still fails it is likely an Internet or routing issue. Using DNS lookup at
BOTH ends would be recommended.
