[arm-allstar] TeamViewer on Hamvoip Pi

Please be aware that Teamviewer is a "heavy" application to install and
beyond the scope of hamvoip software installation. The point is if you get
in trouble loading all this stuff extra you are basically on your own and
may risk having to reinstall the software. The other issue is that loading
software that uses significant CPU and memory resources could effect the
operation of Allstar.
For most all users ssh is more than adequate to login and manage your
node. The danger here is people thinking that they would need to do this
for some reason. The answer is DON'T!
