[arm-allstar] Installing teamviewer on hamvoip allstar

Finally getting back to this... the purpose in my case is that I have
systems which get deployed where I can't easily get access to it which are
behind a firewall. Could I set up other options? sure. I have openvpn set
up already, in fact... but teamviewer is a simple setup, you throw it on,
it's free, and you have a backup method of accessing a remote server even
if the other methods fail. Reverse ssh can be kinda a pain to keep
connected and is harder to set up.
It's just an easy option -- if it's not for you, don't use it =] I've found
it convenient and so I thought I'd share the instructions for getting it
working.
