[arm-allstar] DNS method for lookups

Jay,

 The beta DNS lookup has been in effect for over 6 months and many are
using it. It has been part of the code for that amount of time but not
turned on by default. If you would like the simple setup instructions I can
send them to you. The final version with registration will be release very
soon but using the beta has no effect on that.

Using DNS lookup at BOTH ends of a connection results in connections in
less than 30 seconds at cold boot. This time will be further reduce to
seconds with the final release.
