[arm-allstar] Echolink text customization?

Your screenshot is getting stripped, but I think I know what you're talking
about. When the Echolink client connects you see something like this:

Welcome to Allstar Node 42037
Echolink Node N0HV-R
Number 993190

I found these strings hard-coded in the source Echolink module code. I'm
pretty sure there's no way to change it.
