Yeah, I know. I thought I had the port sequence figured out, had it
stabilized for over 20 reboots, then it decided to change again.  The
easiest thing to do is just swap the connectors between the radios until I
can figure out the magic of port selection.

Jack,

 But you are moving to a different system and I suspect the USB is
confused. You don't need to do the complete setup just the setup for the
USB ports at the end of the setup howto.
