[arm-allstar] Weird IP Adress

Is 44297 your hostname? Cause this "IP address" 0.0.173.9 is really just a IP-like representation of 44297: 
44297/256 = 173.03515625 
44297-256*173=9 

My guess is the software drawing that form was supposed to resolve the hostname into IP address, and the underlying library saw that the hostname is already numeric and decided to just show it in the x.x.x.x form rather than doing a DNS request.
