[arm-allstar] Important Change and Update

The Allstar node password has been enhanced for all new node assignments.
Instead of 6 numeric digits it is now 12 characters. This is the password
you receive from allstarlink.org when you are assigned a new node. This
does not effect existing nodes. This hamvoip setup has been updated to
reflect this change. When you download the image the first thing you do in
setup is an update which then allows the additional characters when asking
for a password.
