[arm-allstar] DTMF

Greetings all
Well I thought I had got the constant dtmf issue partly fixed but not the
case.

I replaced the chinese radio with a full blown commercial radio Hytera MD652
I borrowed a Hytera PD782G hand held to send the tones, ....so as to use
the same brand radios to send and receive the dtmf tones
I can watch with 2 putty sessions one in asterisk and the other adjusting
the levels.
I can see it decoding the commands but nothing happens.

If I go into the ham voip web site and look at my node if I pull up the
dtmf command list I get nothing?

Right now I am totally lost and ready to ditch this project as a bad idea.
With no control over the node it is getting to the point where it is just
too risky to leave it on air.

Any last ditch help would be greatly appreciated as I have exhausted any
ideas that I had to fix this. I am the only person within 1600 klms doing
this so it not like I can see what someone else is doing.
