[arm-allstar] DNS roll out update?

Hi Chris,

My progress got delayed a few weeks recently, between unexpectedly rotten
winter WX, the day job and apparently a virus/bug that I've had most of
this week or so (feeling much better today, at last!).

But, as I write this I'm again working on AllStar related software!

The next phase of DNS testing is right around the corner-
