[arm-allstar] pipe fail

As of recent I am experiencing one of my nodes showing "unable to connect to
asterisk" in my Allmon. The node is still connected. When I review the error
log it could be as large as 500kb with this message repeated to the end
[Jan 26 07:07:17] ERROR[431] app_rpt.c: pipe() failed!. A simple reboot gets
everything back to normal. This has been going on now for about 4-5 days.
Any ideas?
