An update for hamvoip V1.5 is available -  use the ADMIN menu item 1 to
update.

Two files have been updated -

weather.sh  - Change to allow two word conditions like rain and snow, etc.
This will correct voice errors that occur in these situations.

AutoSky - fixed error in array numbering (3 appeared twice instead of 3, 4)
Made winter weather advisory play as severe thunderstorm watch.

Two added scripts -

bcd_control_pi.sh  - send BCD to Pi GPIO from script.

bcd_control_usb_fob.sh - send BCD to USB FOB (CM119) from script

These scripts would primarily be used to control channel steering (channel
changing) using BCD weighted bits on an attached radio using DTMF or
keyboard entered commands. See the howto on the hamvoip.org web page and
the user configurable items in these two scripts.
