[arm-allstar] HamVoIP I/O support - What is Best Current Practice for implementing I/O?

LLoyd,
I had my logic wrong. Forget the diodes and just direct connect as long
as the input bits on the radio are 3V or 5V TTL which I suspect they are.
If the inputs are pulled up to something more than that then 5V some level
translation will have to be used. The inputs may not even have pullups in
which case they will just be floating which will be fine. Check it.
