[arm-allstar] Auto reconnect with loss of internet

I have the startup macro running and the delay - all works great at startup (boot)

If the Pi is running normal and the internet goes down and back up, the Pi does not reconnect. I have to reboot or manual connect.

How do I get the node to reconnect automatically?
