[arm-allstar] Busy signal

 I get the same thing here. It apparently is not working. I, we (hamvoip)
have no control over it. Whether it gets fixed or not is up in the air and
I would not rely on that happening any time soon.

What is your need for the phone portal? You do know that if you have a
personal node online you can use iaxrpt from an android smart phone very
easily. Also Echolink on any smart phone. While a phone portal is "cute" I
really don't see much need for it any more. It seems to cause more issues
than anything else.
