[arm-allstar] Need help: New to AllStar Link Network

Over one year ago, I had zero knowledge on how to make this happen. Jump
ahead to now. With me learning, and help with friends that were better than
me in specific rf, repeater, electronics, I have a system that works now.
Reach out to your friends that are better skilled, to help you put together
your system. They will probably enjoy the new challenge.
