[arm-allstar] Keying Node

Chris,

 If you are using iaxrpt you can't turn the node off as it is supporting
your iaxrpt connection. That's why I said try using a separate node to
support it so you could isolate it from the radio port without having to
pull the usb every time you turn off the radio. Disconnect the radio node
from anywhere - *76 then you can turn off the radio and then use a second
node to connect to iaxrp.
