[arm-allstar] What is this?

Chris,

 Checking what supermon does on a restart -

sync; sync; sync; sudo /usr/sbin/asterisk -rx "restart now

Which is a normal restart. The only thing it doesn't do is check to see if
Allstar is already running like astres.sh does.

Do you see this every time you try it or it just happened one time?
