[arm-allstar] UPGRADE FAILED

Hi Mike,

Try deleting any pacman lock files and then initiate the upgrade again. 
A patch was added to fix the lockfile issue about 6 months ago.

To delete any left over lockfiles, go to a bash prompt using the admin 
menu option #9.  Then, issue these commands:

rm -f /var/lib/pacman/db.lock

exit

....Now, try the upgrade again.
