[arm-allstar] Zoiper no audio help

Chris,

 Not usre what system you are running zopier on but zopier in general is a
pain in the butt to use. If you are using an android or windows device I
would recommend the iaxrpt program or app. See the iaxrpt howto at the
hamvoip.org web page, I think you will be much happier with that if you
have the hardware to run it. It will only run on android not ios.
