[arm-allstar] Turning on or off Telemetry responses via Remote

I was wondering if there is a way to suppress the telemetry when making a connection to another node.
I.E  am using a Motorola Qauntar with a URI and PI.. There are certain times when I want to connect but don’t need the whole world hearing the connection so wan wondering if there is a special command that can be used on a not announce on a one to one basis…
