[arm-allstar] Motorola R1225 RSS

Hi Chris,

I believe that the version 3 RSS for the 1225 repeaters is a MS Windows 
application, not MS-DOS???

If you've got a copy of MS-DOS RSS software, it is really easy to load it 
into the dosbox emulation software and I will be glad to help walk you 
through the steps.
