[arm-allstar] RPi3 LEDs acting weird

Thanks Doug,

I was thinking along the power supply line but the node doesn't falter 
in any way so thought I'd ask if it was something in software that I 
wasn't aware of.
Really strange to watch. I keep waiting for it to break in some way but 
runs 2 nodes just fine...

I will swap power supplies and if that doesn't fix it I will swap SD 
cards with the new build I just finished and see if it acts differently.
