[arm-allstar] Re-installing Asterisk

Chuck,

 hamvoip has built-in named and converses directly with the root servers.
The /etc/resolve.conf file nameserver should be set to 127.0.0.1  which
looks at the built-in named. This should not need to be changed. The stock
setup should have worked.

In some rare instances providers can block this but it is not a normal nor
accepted practice. Who is your provider?
