[arm-allstar] Re-installing Asterisk

Chuck,

 You must be on a wired connection to setup. It should get an IP address
when it starts. The indication you are getting in update is that may not be
but if you can ssh in then it would have an IP address. Maybe it is not
able to get out on the Internet. Go to the bash shell and at the Linux
prompt type

ping uscd.edu

You should see return pings. If not your Internet is not working on the Pi.

You won't be able to ping hamvoip.org for security reasons.

It is possible that the SD card write was not 100%. You could try
re-imaging it.
