Ed,
I suspect you are talking about an Allstar hub, reflectors are IRLP. In
any event the problem you are experiencing is common for cell connections
especially AT&T. Fortunately we do have a fix for it that usually always
works. It is in beta right now and in the code but just needs to be
activated. I will send you a personal email with the details.
