[arm-allstar] Update Log?

Hi,

When I do an update  Menu #1. If there are any updates they scroll by so
fast I can not tell what was upgraded.

Is there a log somewhere? or can you put in a pause in the script so we
cam see what was updates and then  we will know what  .ini or .conf 
needs to be edited..
