[arm-allstar] Supermon ini file mixup

The supermon.ini file somehow got mixed up with the allmon.ini.php file in
the distribution. That has now been corrected. The stock ini file is really
just an example and it matches the example in the howto. Users edit this
file for their own nodes, usernames, passwords, etc. It is not overwritten
but if you have never used supermon and did not modify the allmon.ini file
and you did an update before this evening you may have the wrong file.
Doing another update assuming you have not changed the file will correct
this otherwise a file called allmon.ini.pacnew was created during the
update. It should match the file shown below. You can copy this file to
allmon.ini or copy the below text to allmon.ini then start your own
modification of the file from there. Anyone who has updated the allmon.ini
file from stock before this recent update should not have this problem and
can disregard this message.
