[arm-allstar] setting password for allmon 2

First:

cd /srv/http/allmon2


...then, to type the password at a prompt, try:

htpasswd -cB .htpasswd  your-user-name

...OR, to specify the password on the command line:

htpasswd -bcB .htpasswd  your-user-name  your-password
