[arm-allstar] Getting setup

OK, this means you do not have echolink setup. You must edit the
echolink.xxx file in /etc/asterisk and change its name to echolink.conf and
reboot. You need to put your echolink information in that file. Again see
the howto at the hamvoip.org web page for more information.
