[arm-allstar] Suplemental Update for Supermon

A supplemental update to the Supermon package released earlier this weekend
is now out for download - do the normal ADMIN menu item 1 update to get the
update.

This fixes the Echolink display problems but please remember if you do not
have Echolink active on your server it will not display.

Many behind the scene changes have been made in Supermon to make it more
efficient.

The DTMF button now sends the entered commands to the highlighted node on
the screen or is ALL NODES is selected you can select the desired node from
the drop-down. Commands including DTMF work on both local and remote nodes.

The howto on the hamvoip.org web page has again been updated to further
explain the lookup command and notes that the voter.ini file is now
obsolete in BOTH Allmon2 and Supermon. All node configuration including
RTCM's is now done in the allmon.ini.php file in Allmon2 and allmon.ini in
Supermon. See the allmon.ini.example file in the /srv/http/supermon
directory.
