[arm-allstar] Lookup

[Doug Crompton]

Please be patient on the supermon echolink lookup. There will be an update
on Sunday to fix this BUT I will remind you that if echolink is not setup
on your server you will not see echolink nodes. The howto has been updated
to clarify this.
