[arm-allstar] first time setting up allstar--- need help

I am lost in setting up allstar.

If someone could help me troubleshoot my setup.

using hamvoip, pi3, alinco 220 mobile, rim-alinco.

I have run the first time setup.

Just the basic setup is very confusing to me and if someone could walk me
through the steps or get me headed in the right direction.
