Bobby,

 Very hard to read your message as the commands are all lumped together
without newlines. I do see that you are using

831 through 839 then you switch to 8310

You cannot do that. They all must be the same number of digits.

so use - 83101 to 83116  so  83101, 83102, 83103 etc. through 83116

That should work.
