[arm-allstar] IMPORTANT UPDATE - For those using beta DNS

It has come to our attention that early instructions on installing the beta
DNS that were delivered to several users may have interfered with a latter
change we made to the rc.allstar file. This resulted in a portion of the
rc.allstar file not loading at boot causing things like LED IP, IP address
voice at boot and the shutdown monitor not loading if they were enabled in
allstar.env.

This would apply to several users that had converted to the beta DNS using
instructions prior to the update we made in the rc.allstar file.

The fix is simple for beta DNS users experiencing this problem. Do an
update using the ADMIN menu item 1 which will fix your rc.allstar file.
Then run filelookup_onoff.sh and select to disable the rc.updatenodelist
script. The script will not allow you to do this unless ALL of your nodes
are using the DNS method. This file is run from the Linux prompt on your
server.

Since we do not know how many this might effect we are updating all users
rc.allstar file. For most this will just mean copying the same file over
top of what you now have and will result in no changes.

The detailed reason for this happening was that early instructions told
users to download a script that modified the rc.allstar file. Later we
modified the rc.allstar file in an update and if the users applied this old
script after this update it caused an error in the rc.allstar file. The new
script - filelookup_onoff.sh - which is now in /usr/local/sbin does this in
the new corrected way adding an enable/disable line in allstar.env. Users
should not modify the rc.allstar file but rather use the enable/disable
directives in allstar.env to turn program features on and off.

I might add that the beta DNS has been very successful. Many of us are
using it with absolutely no problems and much improved efficiency. A full
roll out will be happening soon.
