[arm-allstar] Allstar update

Maybe on the next update the menu item #1 can be updated to execute the rm
-f /var/lib/pacman/db.lock command prior to executing whatever script gets
called out to initiate the update.

When I try to run an update I see a list of errors.  What should I do to
clear these errors.  It doesn?t seem to be updating.
